CADILLAC - WEXFORD
PUBLIC LIBRARY Branch libraries located in Manton and Mesick Winter Hours: Summer Hours: The Cadillac-Wexford Public Library serves as the headquarters of the Mid-Michigan Library League which provides services to all libraries in 18 surrounding counties.
LIBRARY SERVICES: REGULAR BOOK COLLECTION - over 150,000 volumes: nonfiction, mystery, science-fiction, short stories, etc., books on cassette and c.d. LARGE PRINT EDITIONS - for the visually impaired. REFERENCE SERVICE - telephone information service as well as in-library assistance. REFERENCE ROOM - encyclopedias, dictionaries, newspapers, pamphlets, Cadillac and Wexford County histories, over 300 magazine subscriptions with many back files available on microfilm. EQUIPMENT - movie projectors, screens, filmstrip projectors, Polaroid camera. ART PRINTS - framed prints may be rented for a monthly fee. MEETING ROOM - available to public organizations one time per year. CHILDREN'S ROOM - books, cassettes, c.d.s for ages pre-school to young adult. STORY HOUR PROGRAMS - throughout the year for pre-school children, including special holiday programs for a variety of ages. SUMMER READING CLUB - for school-age children. TALKING BOOKS - for the blind. PUBLIC INTERNET WORKSTATIONS
